Abstract
For the myriad scientific, technological, and socio-politico-economic specialties to be better integrated, the term system must add to its ubiquity a precision that facilitates communion among specialists. This paper, building on the body of Systems Thinking knowledge and cognizant of the key problem-solving systems methodologies, presents a new framework, the Conceptagon, and illustrates its use by describing its application to a case study drawing on the United States Department of Defense Biometrics Enterprise.
