Abstract
delays are considered. By converting discrete systems with time-varying delays into switched systems and using the average dwell-time method, a new stability criterion is obtained and presented in terms of linear matrix inequality. Based on the obtained stability condition, a design method of the feedback controller to stabilize the system is also proposed. Finally, some numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
