  Abstract
  (job sequence) generated, a polynomial time algorithm are used to determine the processing initial optimal date to each sequence job. During evaluation process the best individuals produced by each crossover operator, in each generation, are submitted to refinement looking for improve his quality. Computational results show the effectiveness of the propose algorithm.
